The question is not what you look at, but what you see.

Gorgeous photos and a lovely Haiku Sandy.I would rather be mesmerized by the moon than eat anytime :)
So would I! Sometimes it is really cooking supper. I can see the moon rise out the front door and windows, and the sunset from the backdoor!
I love your haikus Always trying, always failThe mood escapes meI desire and will learn to write haikus. Love your photos too. So was dinner late.
This is not a failure! I admit that I have been in a slump the past couple of years, but with practice, the lines come easier. Have a nice day!
Now that is a blue moon! So very pretty. I am not sure if we will see clearer skies anytime soon! Lovely shots.
Thanks, Christine. We have been having lots of cloudy days, some with snow. Your weather seems a lot like ours this spring. Are you still wearing your winter coat? I am! I didn't see the moon full this time at all. The bottom shot was taken with my macro lens. I like the way the sky looks with it.
Your poem made me smile. lovely photos too. Say hello to your racoon;-)
I will, Tammie. I found some photos of song sparrows in my files this morning, but don't remember ever seeing the dance.
lovely to be distracted by the moon!
It happens to me quite a bit!

Thank you Jan. You can't lose with a moon shot!

We are fine here. I was not expecting to see so much ice around this morning.
Such a beautiful moon and haiku. Something magical about the moon. How is your weather? Has the snow finally let up?Happy Week Sandy!🌼🐝🌷
Yes, there is something magical about it. That is why it is one of my favorite things to photograph. We are getting more freezing rain from this last storm than snow, at least down here on the coast. How about where you are?
