The question is not what you look at, but what you see.

Very beautiful Sandy...both your Haiku and lovely photos~
Thanks! Jan, I saw something I think you would have been interested in while I was out walking this morning. The ravens and crows were having a "rumble" in the top of the pines. It was loud, and ended with the crows chasing the ravens away.
Sandy, I can only imagine the raucous that must have been!!!I have heard our crows when they were upset :)Crows are very protective of their nests...maybe this is what started the fight.Very interesting...thank you~
I think you are right about the crows. When I lived near the woods, the crows never let a raven anywhere near there territory. It surprised me that the larger bird always fled.
Love the photos so so pretty. I use to have geraniums all over the place in my other house. I brought some to the mountains that were in pots and the last one that was left didn't make it through last year ... i love them and especially the pink ones and the few white ones I had.
I have eleven new geranium plants on the windowsill now. The seeds came in a mixture of colors. The last time I did this, I got reds, whites, pinks, and a soft creamy pink that I wish I had not let go. All my plants are in pots.
just reading about your new plants makes me want to go shopping for geraniums. I love that photo on the side bar of the icycles with the pink sunset or is it sunrise? Very artsy.
That was a sunset, but we had plenty of ice on the east side of our old house, too.
What a gorgeous geranium!Love pink, every shade. I also blogged about robins today.😂Hope you have a wonderful Easter weekend,Sandy! 🐤🐝🌷🐏
Thanks, Geraldine! I hope you have a wonderful Easter, too.
beautiful geraniums! I really like the juxtaposition of the flower and the robin in the haiku
We are overrun with robins this week. The snow is about half gone and they seem to be able to find plenty to eat. The deck rail is one of their favorite places to soak up the sun.
Such a lovely post ...Both your Haiku and the lovely photographs.Glad to read that your snow is slowly going. All the best Jan
50º today! I think we will have bare ground by Monday. Happy Easter to you and your family.
